Unfortunately we as a company don’t offer repairs or warranties with our items. Any products that maybe unfortunately defective can be exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In order to process your exchange request, we will need the following information from you via email:
- Your name
- Order No. and proof of purchase
- Desired size to exchange
- Photographic or video evidence
These will help us understand the potential issue with the product you have received.
If indeed the product is faulty by any means due to a manufacturer error or defective materials, we will exchange the product as needed, we do not provide refunds.
Faulty exchanges can take up to around 15 business days from the time our warehouse receives your item for the exchange and approval of your product for immediate restock.
You will receive an email confirmation when your exchange has been completed. Please note any shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
